About Tiana

Trained by Tiana is a qualified personal training service for all ages and levels of fitness.

For in-person PT, I train customers at my private studio in Woolooware.

I have a Cert 3 in Fitness (gym Instructor) and Cert 4 in Fitness (Personal Trainer) and registered with Fitness Australia. I also have my first aid and CPR certificates.

I am also a qualified post natal trainer.

Fitness has always been something that I have been passionate about. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with you.

  • 30 minutes: $50

  • 45 minutes: $70

Two-on-one training:

  • 30 minutes: $60 ($30 each)

  • 45 minutes: $80 ($40 each)

Online Coaching

Perfect for people that want to train at another gym or at home, but with professional support.

One-on-one training:
